Shipping Policy

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be deemed received the following business day.

All products are made to order and will ship within 7–14 business days of purchase. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Custom & Couture Orders

Custom and couture items are produced exclusively to order and require extended production timelines. Estimated completion ranges from 4–12 weeks, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

All stated timelines are non-binding estimates only and may be subject to delays due to material sourcing, production complexity, artisan availability, fittings, quality control, or circumstances beyond THEOPHILIO’s reasonable control.

Once production has commenced, custom and couture orders are final sale and may not be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged for any reason.

Custom and couture orders are final sale and are not eligible for cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once production has begun.

Shipments are fulfilled via USPS, UPS, or DHL. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, THEOPHILIO is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misdelivery, including but not limited to packages stolen from mailrooms, porches, front desks, or other unsecured locations.

Any request to change a shipping address after an order has been placed is subject to an address-change fee of up to $100 and is not guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.

International Shipping

DUTIES AND TAXES:

All international customers are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, and import charges imposed by their destination country.

By placing an international order with THEOPHILIO, you acknowledge and agree that you are the importer of record and that your order is being imported for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with applicable customs regulations.

You further acknowledge that your shipment may be subject to inspection, delay, seizure, or refusal by customs authorities and that THEOPHILIO has no control over such processes.

THEOPHILIO shall not be liable for any customs-related delays, delivery failures, confiscations, penalties, or additional charges, nor for any international shipments refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties or taxes.

All international shipping fees are non-refundable.

At Theophilio, all items are made to order with care and intention. As such, we do not offer returns, but we are happy to accommodate exchanges for eligible items.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer care team within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached

Please note that customized or altered pieces and swim pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.
