Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be treated as received the following business day.

All products are made to order and will ship 7 –14 business days after purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

By default, all packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you may monitor the progress of your shipment.

Address Changes:
Any request to change the shipping address after an order has been placed is subject up to $100 address-change fee. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

International Shipping

DUTIES AND TAXES:

International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and custom fees. By placing an order with Theophilio, you acknowledge that this sale occurs outside the United States, and that you are importing your order for non-commercial (personal) use. You also acknowledge that you will be listed as the importer for US Customs and Border Protection purposes and that your order will be imported into the United States in accordance with the necessary customs requirements.

At Theophilio, all items are made to order with care and intention. As such, we do not offer returns, but we are happy to accommodate exchanges for eligible items.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer care team within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached

Please note that customized or altered pieces and swim pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.
