All products by Theophilio are made to order. Orders are to be shipped 15 business days after purchase.
By default, all packages will be shipped via, USPS and UPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS, and UPS tracking number so that you can track the progress of your shipment.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-4 weeks, of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. We understand you would like your Theophilio package ASAP and we will do everything we can to ensure that it reaches your doorstep as quickly as possible. Please be aware of the fact that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages once a package has been passed over to a third-party delivery system (i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc). Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
