Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be treated as received the following business day.

All products are made to order and will ship 4–14 business days after purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

By default, all packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you may monitor the progress of your shipment.

Address Changes:
Any request to change the shipping address after an order has been placed is subject to a $25 address-change fee. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

DUTIES AND TAXES

International customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees. By placing an order with THEOPHILIO, you acknowledge that you are importing goods for personal (non-commercial) use and that you will be listed as the importer for customs purposes.

Orders will be imported in accordance with all applicable customs regulations. Duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages once a package has been passed over to a third-party delivery system (i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc). Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
